Alara is operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. Personal data is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — consent is collected separately at sign-in.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Alara ("Alara", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Data protection & consent

Before sign-in, we present an itemised notice describing what personal data we collect and why. You must give explicit consent for account-related processing. Marketing communications require a separate opt-in. You may withdraw consent via Settings or by contacting hello@alara.co.in.

3. Description of Service

Alara is an AI-powered workspace that provides chat, image generation, video generation, and creative tools. The Service is offered under a freemium model with paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite, Luxury).

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Alara.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at alara.ai.wrap@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Alara to:

Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse free tier limits
Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content at scale
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay, regardless of your location.
Subscription cycles are 28-day (monthly) or annual (10x monthly rate).
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your plan and quota reset according to your billing cycle.

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free Explorer plan is provided as-is with usage limits that may change at any time. We do not guarantee any specific availability, uptime, or feature set for free users.

9. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Alara is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
You are responsible for verifying and using AI-generated content appropriately.
Content you generate using Alara remains your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

The Alara platform, branding, and codebase are the property of Alara AI and its creator. You retain ownership of content you input into Alara. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a broad license for personal and commercial use, subject to any restrictions from underlying AI model providers.

Third-party product names, logos, and icons shown in Alara (for example GitHub, Figma, Google Drive, Higgsfield, and MCP-related tools) are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear only to identify integrations and connectors offered or planned in the Service. Alara is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless we say so explicitly. 11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alara AI and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Alara at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@alara.co.in.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
